  1. Prepare 200 gms of Button Mushrooms.
  2. Prepare 5 Tbsp of Rice Flour.
  3. You need 4 Tbsp of All purpose Flour/Maida.
  4. You need 4 Tbsp of Cornflour.

  6. You need 1 Tsp of Coriander Powder.
  7. Prepare 1 Tsp of Garam Masala.

Clean mushrooms using some paper towel. Now deep mushrooms in prepared batter and deep fry until it gets good golden brown color. Drain excess oil from mushrooms and keep aside. Add tomato ketch up, chilli garlic sauce, Chinese chilli sauce, black pepper, salt, vinegar and mix.

  3. Take all purpose flour,cornflour and rice flour in a bowl.Add red chilli,coriander,gram masala powder and mix well..

  5. The batter should not be runny,but of medium consistency..
  6. Add the chopped mushrooms, coat them well with the batter and set aside for 5 minute..
  7. In a deep pan add sufficient oil and heat oil on medium heat..
  8. When oil is hot deep fry mushrooms in hot oil,flip and fry both side until golden brown and crispy..
  9. When mushrooms are done transfer to kitchen towel, serve hot with ketchup or chutney..
