modus operandi of Beef kofta
- You need 500 gms of lean minced beef.
- You need 1 of habanero chilli.
- You need 1 tbls of lemon juice.
- It's 3 cloves of garlic.
- It's 1 tsp of salt.
- It's 2 tbls of parsley leaves.
- You need 1 tbls of mint leaves.
- It's 1 of small onion.

- Add parsley and mint in food processor and pulse until leaves are chopped.

- Add the minced beef, salt and lemon juice and pulse until all ingredients are mixed.
- Form patties and leave aside.
- Heat a grill pan with some cooking oil and grill each patty for about 1 minute or so on each side (until cooked 😊). I prefer it when grill marks form on the patties. You can cook these over a bbq grill too 😉.
