- Take mince beef and add all the ingredients and mix well...If taking beef cubes...grind in processor with all the ingredients well.....

- Make oval shape kababs on skewer and take out or just shape oval...Meanwhile keep a pan and close it and let it be heated....once hot add 1 tbsp oil and place the kababs and let it cook,with lid....turn in between.
